I have a black leather box with clay poker chips in it embossed inside HICKOK any clues how old or where made?

The box is about six inches long and three inches wide. The poker chip about one inch in diameter. Has wear and tear indicating some age.The name is embossed on the inside top.It is not hinged but a set on lid.

at least in the 70′s or 80′s
